Every department at Heroes For Christ Ministry plays a vital role in creating order, excellence, care, and impact across the life of the church. From worship operations to logistics, media, finance, and member care, our departments help make ministry effective and impactful.

Prayer & Intercessory
This department is the spiritual backbone of the church, dedicated to prayer. They offer ceaseless intercessions for the church, leadership, members and programs, ensuring spiritual covering and growth.
Evangelism

This department is designed primarily to propagate the gospel to lost souls and revive personal commitment to the lordship of Jesus Christ to the backslidden, to reawaken and equip the saints, and to diligently raise stewards for Christ in every corner, walk and sphere of life.

This department coordinates the smooth running of all church services. From planning the order of service to ensuring all departments are aligned, they help create a seamless and impactful worship experience.
Ushering
Ushering
The team receives and guide members and visitors during services. They are responsible for seating formation, maintaining order, and ensure a welcoming and organized environment within the Church
Follow-Up & Visitation
Follow-Up & Visitation
The department involves in intensive visitation and follow–ups of newcomers/members. We integrate, assists and involve newcomers into the Church family, assembles and keeps statistical data of new & old converts to monitor their attendance and encourage all to remain in the unity of the Faith.
Welfare
Welfare
The Welfare team is arm of the Church with the responsibility of the general welfare administration of the Church as it relates to ministers, workers, and members; to care and serve the poor and needy members within the Church primarily and other in the community it is located at. The Focus of the Welfare team is to fulfil this requirement by giving support whether it is financial or physical (clothing, food etc.)
Medical
Medical
The Medical team models the healing ministry of Christ (Matthew 9:35b “… preaching the Good News about the Kingdom and healing all kinds of diseases and sicknesses (NCV).” It is a faith–based healthcare that conducts basic healthcare to aid and ensure the overall wellness of the members of the Church and offer first–aid services to alleviate illnesses or health issues.

This department promotes the physical wellness and fellowship through sport activities. They organize games tournaments, and recreational events while maintaining order during such activities
Media, Communication & Digital Reach

Social Media Champions
This group amplifies the church’s online presence. They engage audiences, share content, promote programs, and help spread the church’s message across digital platforms
Operations, Administration & Stewardship
Finance
Finance
This department manages the Church’s financial resources with integrity and accountability. They handle offerings, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure transparency and sustainability.
Procurement
Procurement
The department is involved in researching suppliers ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet the right specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed. Ultimately, the department is required to understand the needs of the Church and ensure all supply goals are achieved in a timely manner.
Community
Community
The Community team is responsible for building and ensuring strategic relationships with the immediate community where the Church is situated at, liaison with the government regarding legal affairs of the Church and manage incoming correspondence from the external bodies (churches, institutions etc.)
Protocol
Protocol
The Protocol ensures order, coordination, and proper reception of special guests and ministers. They are primarily assigned to the care of the Pastorates and the Altar at large.

Logistics & Transportation
The Logistics & Transportation team coordinates the movement of people and materials for church activities. They manage transportation arrangements, event logistics, and ensure timely availability of resources.
Facility Maintenance
Facility Maintenance
The FM is concerned with the strategic planning organization and execution of activities aimed at maintaining and optimizing the performance of physical assets with the Church and this includes but not limited to managing and observing preventive maintenance tasks, corrective repairs, inspections, beautification of Church premises, inventory - taking and documentation. We ensure that the church buildings, equipment, systems and infrastructure are kept in optimal condition at all times.
Security & Wardens
Security & Wardens
The department’s primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of all Church members, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a welcoming, peaceful environment. This involves prioritizing the well–being of the congregation, stands watch during services and special events to ensure the safest possible environment and to assist in any emergency.
